THE JACOB GROUP'S KEY FIGURES

The Jacob Group is a Limited Company with capital of 1,276,298 Euros. The Jacob family has a majority shareholding. Two investment funds have shares in the Jacob Group: Rhone Alpes PME Gestion (the SIPAREX Group), Vauban Partenaires and Centre Loire Expansion (Credit Agricole). Pascal JACOB, President of the Board of Directors until december 2009, has headed the Jacob Group since 1993. The Jacob Group is made up of three companies: Jacob Structures Bois SA, Pobi, and Microsit Welcom SA.

The Jacob Group will have a consolidated turnover of 14million euros in 2007 (6million of which will come from its subsidiary POBI started in 2004) with a profit of 6%.

 

Industrialised roof trusses and traditional timbers (JACOB Structures Bois) for 2500 housing units will be produced in 2007. Pre-fabricated wall, floor and roofing elements (POBI) for 600 housing units will be produced for the same period.
